The main service offering of ABN BAS relates to the Quality Assurance Review of Activity Statements for both BAS Agents and non-BAS Agents, and the lodgement of Activity Statements with the ATO for non-BAS Agents. BAS Agent – Renewal of Registration
In July 2011 the Tax Practitioners Board (TPB) wrote to the more than 15,000 registered BAS Agents advising them of the need to renew their BAS Agent registration by 29 January 2012. There are two renewal options available – Standard and Transitional. This Fact Sheet steps BAS Agents through the registration renewal process, and explains how ABN BAS can help by providing you with an ABN Record of BAS Experience and Competency.
